Our Five Year Plan
"HACC's Five Year Plan echoes the voice of staff, residents and community, which is the approach I have been using to reflect the respect, acceptance and inclusion of a diverse community. Within the plan was included HACC's mission statement to guide the activities of the HACC, which is the same as that of HUD and also adopted goals and objectives that will help us accomplish our mission."
