The Housing Authority of the City of Camden is seeking quotes on the following items. Award is made to the lowest responsible vendor by line item. The quotes will reviewed on the date and time posted on the relevant link. If the amount of the contract or purchase order awarded is over $17,500, the award of contract must be authorized by a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Camden.
Instructions for submitting quotes will be on the RFQ document, and will vary as circumstance dictates.
Quotes over $17,500 MUST be submitted in writing, in a sealed envelope. They will be opened publicly at the time, date and place advertised.
Requests for Quotes for construction, repair, or any other type building or grounds services must be accompanied by a copy of the bidders current New Jersey Public Worls Contractors License.
